Lincs FivePD is in no way affiliated with any real-life police force. This Privacy Policy will explain how Lincs FivePD uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website. 

What data do we collect?

Lincs FivePD collects the following data:

• Personal identification information (Name, date of birth, Steam ID, GTA licence ID, Discord ID and IP Address)
• Information about how you interact with the website's functions, such as login attempts, access to pages including those unauthorised. This is to ensure the security of our website is maintained, including your data
• Information you enter into the website's members area such as notes and comments
• Information you enter into application and other forms on our website
• Information about your conduct in private notes including disciplinary, investigations and driver points. 
• Information available by FiveM server when you connect or attempt to connect to our servers (Username, Steam ID, GTA licence ID, Discord ID, IP Address, Windows Live ID and Xbox Live ID)

How do we collect your data?

You provide Lincs FivePD most of the data we collect. We collect this data from the moment you join our discord server. We also collect data when;

• You update your account details
• Login to the members area
• Submit information such as application forms, forms, notes and incident details via the website or via our in-game MDT

Lincs FivePD also receives data from the following sources;

• Our FiveM Server and related servers such as our devlopment server
• Our Discord Server and Discord API
• Steam and Steam API

How will will use your data?

When you join our discord server, Lincs FivePD automatically creates you an account on our website members area. We have the legitimate reason to collect your data in order to; 

• Allow you to secure login to our website using your Discord ID
• Allow you access to our FiveM server by storing your Game licence and Steam ID to prevent unauthorised access
• To ensure you follow our rules and do not breach them, ensuring you are at least the minimum age of 13.
• Send you DMs via Discord for updates about events and updates to your account

You must be a least 13 years old to be a member of Lincs FivePD. By joining the Discord you are confirming you are above this age. You will be asked for your date of birth during the whitelisting stage. 

It is within our interest to use your data to identify the source of any activities performed on our website for the purposes for auditing to ensure no malicious intent. 

Our website and content is protected and any attempts to maliciously try and access restricted pages, data or our content you may be at breach of the Computer Misuse Act. If it is also suspected that you have committed any criminal offence, whether using our service or not, your personal data may be shared with the appropriate law enforcement authority. Exemptions as specificed in Paragraph 5 of Schedule 2 of the Data Protect Act 2018 may apply in such a case. 

Your data may be cross referenced across other platforms to ensure that your conduct meets our criteria. If you are found to be of some concern you may be banned from our service without prior notification. 

How do we store your data?

Lincs FivePD securely stores your data using servers based in the UK. All accounts are secured by your Discord and therefore it is imperetive you secure your discord account. Should there be any breach of your discord account you should notify us as soon as possible to ensure we can secure your account and data. When you join our FiveM server, some of your data such as name, rank and role will be transmitted securely to ensure that relevant detail is availabe in-game. Members of our HR team have access to all your personal data, with any access to senstive data such as your Date of Birth being recorded in your notes to ensure it is managed. You can request who has access your sensetive data at any point. Members of supervision will have access to limited personal data that is required for their role.  

Your account is automatically deleted from the database after 14 days of leaving our Discord server. This is to ensure that if you leave in error your details are not lost such as hours and activity. An exception to this if such data is required due to your conducted. If you are banned from our services your Discord ID, Game ID, IP Address and Steam ID may be recorded to ensure future bans to our services. 

Data Processor

This website and relevant integration services and provided by ThePlod. ThePlod is therefore the data processor for your personal data. ThePlod will monitor all data access and ensure that access to data is only carried out when necessary. 

Marketing

Lincs FivePD never processes your personal data for marketing and advertising purposes and will never sell any of your data.
